“Who is your logistics partner?”
Packages are shipped by our logistics partner, 1Export.
“When will my order arrive?”
Delivery will depend on your location and we can provide you with a tracking number upon request.
“My package is lost, where is it?”

“What is your returns policy?”
Our returns policy covers damaged products — simply take a photo of the damaged item along with the packaging that it arrived in and then send it to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number, a brief description about your reason for returning, and whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement.
