Shipping & Returns
We accept payments made through PayPal, GCash, as well as major debit and credit cards.
Packages are shipped by our logistics partner, TaranaPH, wherein shipping rates are calculated as based on the size and weight of the artwork, as well as your location.
- Within Metro Manila: Delivery within the day.
- Outside Metro Manila: Delivery within 5 days.
Packages are shipped by DHL and orders are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise specified.
A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your package has been shipped. You can track your artwork via this link.
If your package gets lost in transit, please e-mail us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
Our returns policy covers damaged products. Simply take a photo of the damaged item along with the shipping packaging that it arrived in and then send it to email@example.com along with your order number, a brief description about your reason for returning, and whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement.
