Is my order confirmed?

Your order is confirmed once you have made a payment and a confirmation has been sent to your email address.

This message will contain your Order #, shipping details, and other important info.

Succeeding emails will also be sent to you once order has been fulfilled and on its way to your address.

When do I receive my order?

Our standard delivery times are summarized below. Take note that non-working days include Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

Metro Manila - 2 to 5 working days Provincial Areas - 5 to 10 working
International - About 2 weeks

How can I track my order?

Tracking number for your parcel should be indicated in the order confirmation email that we have sent you.

Simply take this number and go to our tracking page to see in real-time where your package is.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make any more changes to your order once it has been confirmed.

That being said, we highly recommend that you review your order details before checking out.

How much is shipping? Is it already included in the listing price?

Shipping fee will depend on the size and weight of the item(s) you're ordering, as well as the location of the delivery.

The calculated shipping fee is separate from the product listing price and it will be displayed on the checkout page before your final payment process.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after
receiving your item or product to request for a return. (Return requests
received outside the stated return period will not be accepted.)

However, to be eligible for a return:
— Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
— Your item is not what you expected it to be, but only for the following criteria:
• The art work is entirely different from what’s listed
• An art work arrives without a described feature (e.g. artist’s signature, etc.)
• A work arrives with damage that wasn’t described or photographed in the listing
• A work is declared lost or damaged in shipment by the shipping company
— Provide any requested photographic evidence of the issue (including the artwork and the original packaging). If there is any damage to the package, don’t open it, and email our team immediately.
— You need to provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipments must be arranged through us and shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order) and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

How long does it take for a return or exchange to be processed?

If the item is readily available, we can process the exchange within 3-5 working days.

If the item is not readily available, it will depend on the creator's lead time in the production of item.
