Approved refunds will be issued either to your original payment method or as Likhaan store credit (Likhaan Rewards). The method of refund will depend on the payment method used, the nature of the issue, and, where applicable, the outcome of the courier’s investigation.

Returns or refunds are only available in the following circumstances:

• The item arrives damaged as a result of transit or delivery.
• The item is officially declared lost by the courier or shipping company.

If your order includes items from multiple creators, your items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times (given the nature of how some of our creators are located in different areas). Shipping fees, as applicable, will always be shown at checkout.

For orders outside the Philippines, please note that the shipping fee shown at checkout is an estimate and may be adjusted based on the final packed dimensions and volumetric weight determined by the international carrier. Should there be any difference in the final shipping cost, we will notify you before your order is dispatched.
