Shipping policy

DISPATCH TIME: For readily-available items, they are typically dispatched within 2 business days from the date the order is confirmed and accepted by the creator, unless indicated on the product page. For made-to-order items, dispatch timelines depend on the lead time indicated on the product page and confirmed at checkout.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS: We are only able to change the delivery address before we issue you a shipping tracking code.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS. We are unable to accept cancellations after the order has been dispatched, except as otherwise provided under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

ORDER REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS, & EXCHANGES. As a general rule, we do NOT accept refund or exchange requests for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or change of mind. Exceptions are made only in cases where the package is lost, damaged, or missing an item or feature. Exchanges may be accommodated only if the item is eligible, the creator permits it, and Likhaan determines that the exchange is appropriate, subject to product availability and applicable policies (often times, this will be clearly indicated on the product listing). All exchanges are also subject to product availability and must follow the specific guidelines set by the creator. For more information, read here.

SHIPPING INSURANCE. Packages are insured for loss and damage subject to the limits, exclusions, and terms of the courier assigned to your order.

  • You will see the calculated shipping fee on the checkout page and this fee will depend on the size and weight of the item(s) you ordered as well as the location of the delivery.
    • Larger packages may incur additional shipping charges and we shall inform you of this in an additional email if applicable. If the customer does not agree to the additional charges, the order may be canceled prior to dispatch and refunded in accordance with our policies.
    • IMPORTANT: Please take note that for high-value items and/or if your address is located outside of the Philippines, we might possibly request additional shipping fees, customs, and/or duty charges as required by our courier partner. We shall also inform you of this in an additional email, if applicable, to confirm your agreement to pay for these additional charges.
      • Otherwise, other import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid UPON arrival in your country. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Likhaan but at your expense, and you will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

  • Once you have fully paid for your order, we will provide you with a tracking code on your assigned courier.
    • You can monitor the updates of your package on this page.
    • In case of failure in delivery, the courier will make two (2) additional attempts to deliver to your address. If you're still not present to receive the item, the order will be canceled and you will be refunded the item price only (NOT the shipping fee that you paid for) as this is not considered a damaged or lost shipment under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
    • Please take note that if your location is outside of the Philippines, there might be customs delays regarding your package delivery. Please don't panic: this is not unusual. Our customer support team always monitors the progress of your delivery and updates you as needed.
    • If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

  • If you find that the package is damaged upon receipt, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us. (You can also follow the steps outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy).
