Ally Hernandez Publico (b. 1995) is a Filipino paper artist, writer, and workshop facilitator certified in Focusing Oriented Expressive Arts (FOAT®). She is also affiliated with the International Expressive Arts and Therapies Association (IEATA) and The International Focusing Institute (TIFI). Using cardboard and paper as her main storytelling medium, her art spans a myriad of themes including recovery, dreams, and caring for our planet & its people.

Ally has collaborated with non-profit organizations such as CARE Foundation, Inc. and HOPE Worldwide Philippines, and more recently with hospital murals and illustrations for Kythe Foundation, Inc. She participates in local art markets (such as Patrons of the Arts, Komiket, BLTX, and Makers Festa) and actively joins group exhibitions.
