Roncab Lagalag
A versatile visual artist, Roncab Lagalag has a profound passion for abstract painting, using colors, shapes, and textures to convey emotion and concept. Since childhood, they’ve explored multiple styles—excelling not only in abstraction but also in realism, figurative, illustration, and mural-making. Their adaptability extends to traditional and digital media, empowering them to translate art into print layouts, murals, tattoo designs, and even filmmaking.
With over a decade of experience, Roncab has received notable recognition, including being a 2025 and 2022 GSIS National Art Competition Finalist, the 2021 Future Forward Art Special Awardee, and receiving an honorable mention in the 2020 Haring Ibon Art Contest. Holding a BFA in Advertising from Technological University of the Philippines, they seamlessly bridge artistic creativity and functional design.
