Marz Aglipay, known for her brand "Marz Today," began her creative journey into stamp-making in 2013 after teaching herself printmaking from a book. Her handcrafted stamps capture the likeness of everyday objects and people, drawing inspiration from the simple, comforting, and nostalgic elements of daily life. Her printmaking reflects a consumer's viewpoint on familiarity, offering a unique perspective through each piece. Marz has exhibited her work in various institutions, commercial galleries, and fairs both in the Philippines and internationally, gaining recognition for her thoughtful approach to this traditional art form.
Beyond her printmaking practice, Marz is also an art writer and curator-in-training. She contributes art and lifestyle articles to several publications while offering writing services for artists, galleries, and cultural institutions. Currently pursuing a master's degree in curatorial studies, Marz continues to expand her expertise in the art world.
