Inspired by coastal and barangay cleanups, Willie experimented with creating products from plastic waste, seeking to keep discarded materials out of landfills and incinerators.
Currently, Junk Not works with the Taal community to create roped plastics for all their products, which have been exhibited globally and recognized by local and international organizations and government agencies.
