"I painted this one with my daughter, surrounded by visuals of a beautiful, lush, enchanting forest in my mind. I know it should have 'forest' in the name, but I didn't know what else to add to it until I saw Astrid watching Blue's Clues after our session.
In the episode, they jumped (or skidood) inside their "Storybook Forest" — and here we are.
That said, I feel this painting represents how we all have this need to just 'jump or escape into' the realm of our imagination where everything seems right and peaceful and magical. It is my wish that we all live a life that feels like it's from the pages of our own storybook that doesn't need escaping. That what we want to manifest is right here, for the picking, from the forest of dreams we have nurtured so long to thrive.
