The shoe design was inspired by the manga series Gachiakuta. The central concept of the story emphasizes the importance and value of the things that come into one’s possession.
I also find a strong connection between my artwork—especially my characters—and those in the manga. In Gachiakuta, each character carries a unique item known as a “vital instrument,” which serves as their primary weapon. Similarly, my characters embody this idea by channeling their identity and strength through a defining object.
