Filipino multidisciplinary artist and sculptor Kathleen Sareena Dagum primarily works with reclaimed, scrap, and mixed media materials. As an environmentalist and socially conscious creator, she focuses on sustainable materials to craft her highly introspective pieces.

She frequently carves, builds, and shapes found wood to construct the core figures of her sculptures, such as her award-winning piece "Bungkag".

Wire is used to manipulate forms, build underlying armatures, or serve as prominent structural design details.

She incorporates cloth elements to introduce texture, color, and layer clothing onto her sculptural characters.

She applies acrylics directly onto her three-dimensional forms to add vibrant color schemes or fine visual details.

She repurposes paper elements into her assemblages to enhance tactile and dimensional storytelling.
