Driven by passion to design, Maria Victoria "Vickit" Macatulad, the founder of Jumimo, started out exporting handmade crocheted hair accessories in Germany through a local exporter in 1992. She then studied designing handmade fashion accessories, studying designs and styles from books and magazines way back in the year 2000.
Jumimo is now collaborated by three minds, Vickit and her two daughters, Mieke and Monica, each honing their own fortés and creating unique designs for their products, which includes fashion jewelry, trinkets, and home accessories that are not only stylish, but also functional. Jumimo continues to explore and research on the current global trends but still making the pieces their own by using local, natural and even recycled materials and maintaining the love for unique handcrafting.
